Whether you're making an exchange or a return, Plaza Too makes it easy! You may exchange or return your FULL PRICE items either at one of our nine store locations or by mail. A pre-paid RETURN LABEL is included with your order. When we receive your return, a return postage fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. We offer FREE return shipping for all FULL PRICE size or style exchanges.

EASY RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your FULL PRICE purchase, we will gladly give you a refund as long as it's returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be UNUSED, UNWORN and in the original packaging (if applicable). We request also that shoeboxes be in their original condition.

Returns can also be made in person to any of our nine store locations or by mail. Simply attach our pre-paid RETURN LABEL and drop off the box at a UPS shipping location or schedule a UPS pick up. We will deduct a flat fee of $10 from your order refund for return postage. Alaska and Hawaii returns will be charged $32. Insurance is included in this cost. You may choose your own method of shipping but please note that Plaza Too will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Insurance is advised.

Refunds will be made according to your original purchase method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Refunds typically take up to five business days to process.

Sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE. Sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES


We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on FULL PRICE items exchanged for different sizes within 30 days of receipt. Items must be UNUSED, UNWORN and in the original packaging (if applicable). Exchanges can also be made in person to any of our nine store locations or by mail. Simply fill out the EXCHANGE FORM requesting your new size and mail your items using our pre-paid LABEL, which covers the cost of insurance.

We are happy to offer our customers FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all purchases of $200 or more via UPS. Free shipping is valid for all
purchases shipped within the continental US and does not include tax or any additional charges.

Products usually ship within 48 business hours of processing, via UPS. Web orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed within the next 2 business days. Unfortunately we CANNOT ship to P.O. boxes and packages are not shipped on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. We also cannot guarantee next business day shipping.

We love to offer our Web customers the ability to PRE-ORDER some of the latest and hottest items each season. Pre-Ordered items will not be charged to your account UNTIL THEY ARE SHIPPED. We will e-mail you when your items are expected to arrive at our warehouse and then follow up with another e-mail when they are shipped out to you.

Plaza Too makes every effort to keep our supply in sync with our customers' demand, but from time to time an online item will sell out. If so, we will notify you via e-mail as soon as possible and no charges will be applied.
